Cash, certified funds are accepted forms of payment. Personal or company check will be accepted if accompanied by a current and valid bank letter and with proper ID. All purchases are to be paid in US dollars at the time and place of the sale. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold. A 7% Georgia sales tax will be charged to all purchases unless a certificate of resale has been filed with our office. Absentee or phone bidders must arrange that payment be made via overnight delivery.
